The technician, Bill I believe, was straight forward, kind, and professional. Had me diagnosed and cooling back off pretty quick. I'm always worried that someone is gonna stick to me when it comes to fixing stuff. Cause I don't have a clue!

I had yet again another great experience with air supreme this time I had technician Dustin Lewis! He got my new unit installed and working and he even did a quick check of my outside unit to confirm. I just needed it cleaned and nothing was broken!
