Had to problems with my outside unit. Dustin came when he said he would and worked his butt off until the issue was fixed. Very refreshing. Even gave tips to keep problems from reoccurring we will definitely request him if we need help again.
Fast response even when I had to change service date due to work. Dustin is a great service tech, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Glad to have him in my home.

They sent 3 crews to remove old furnace and AC unit and install new heat pump system. They were done in half the time estimated. The equipment is quality stuff. Tom and the crews did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Terry was our salesperson and we got everything he promised and more. We highly recommend Air Supreme and signed up for their service club. ????

Are Supreme Heating and Cooling: Professional; dependable with reasonable pricing. I cannot thank these guys enough for their quick response to my house to fix my central heating and air unit. They were so busy and since they had no available technicians, the owner, Terry, himself, personally came to my house and fixed my unit. It was 90 degrees outside and the wife is spoiled, so Imagine what it was like being in a house with her without any AC? Thanks Terry for saving the day! The true hero's of summertime. Made appt, showed up on time, took care of problem @ fair cost.
They responded with next day service. Dustin was pleasant, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. I was notified that he was on his way and he arrived shortly afterwards. He knew almost immediately what the problem was and had the replacement parts with him. He had us up and running in a short period of time. ???? The cost was more than fair and less than I thought. Very happy with this company. Will be a permanent customer. Give Dustin a raise!!
